Want an easy valentine garland you can print and make in under an hour? Need a Galentine’s Day gift for a friend?
Grab my free downloadable print below, and print the vintage valentine postcards. Layer them with sparkly gold cardstock, sting and hang. It really is as easy as that.
I printed vintage valentine postcards onto a shimmer white cardstock purchased at Michaels. You could also print on plain white or cream cardstock if that’s what you have on hand. It only takes one piece of 8.5×11 inch cardstock to print the five images.
One 12×12 inch piece of gold glitter cardstock is enough to cut the square piece to frame the valentine cards.
Layer the valentine cards on top of the gold glitter cardstock, punch holes in the top corners, and thread onto metallic cord.
Cut a length of cording about 5 feet, long enough to tie loops at each end, with enough cord to dangle down (and keep it adjustable). I hang the garland from a floating gallery wall shelf. (Tuck mini command hooks on the inside of the shelf for invisible hanging. You can also hang these cute garlands on the mantle, over a bookcase or window.
Package the finished garland in a clear cellophane envelope, and ready it’s to give. What a cute way to send a little love to a friend.
Hope you’ve been inspired to print out this easy valentine craft. Thanks so much for stopping by.
